Job description
The senior technician will be involved in the planning, set-up, implementation, documentation and trouble shooting of experiments and protocols in house and outside within the pharmacology team. The senior technician is responsible for evaluation of potential clinical monoclonal antibody candidates against infection diseases (e.g. influenza). Furthermore, the senior technician explores new techniques and readouts to optimize pharmacodynamic readouts.

As a study manager you will be involved in planning drug supply, study initiation, study execution, raw data check and reporting in cooperation with contract research organizations (CRO). Additionally, the senior technician will write and review documents such as study plans and reports.

Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with:

At least Bacherlor, and art.12/ art.9 education, preferably biomoleculair science or biology
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Hands-on experience with in-vivo/ ex-vivo animal model development and evaluation
Experience with study management in cooperation with CRO is preferred

Competences
We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team and organization. You express yourself well in Dutch and in English, both verbal and in writing. You are flexible in work and behavior. You enjoy being part of a team, but you are also capable of working independently. You are an excellent planner and organize your own work activities. Your communication skills are perfect and you can manage studies outside and inside within the expected quality and time-lines. Finally, you are critical and accurate in the execution of your work.
